Keeping Kids Safe on YouTube

While YouTube is an excellent source of “how to” and other useful information as well as silly cat videos, it contains much that is not suited for children.

This excellent article by Ben Martens discusses YouTube Restricted Mode (which filters out some, but not all inappropriate content); YouTube for Kids; and specific steps you can take ---- e.g Disabling Search, Curating Playlists, and Blocking Offensive Channels and Videos ---- to keep your kids safe and your family healthier and more harmonious.
